Event Details:

On April 16th we are hosting our Farewell STEM night. All families are invited to attend for a portion of the evening or the entire evening. We are asking families to pre-register to ensure your family doesn't miss out on the opportunity to participate in the science, technology, engineering, and mathematics related activities that interest you the most (activities will have a limited number of people that can attend). Please choose and rank your top 3 sessions. Sessions will be filled on a first come first serve basis.

When you arrive you will be handed a schedule which will indicate which of your chosen sessions you will be participating in. Confirmation of sessions will not be sent out prior to event.

If you have multiple students you can complete a form for each student so they can attend different events but all students must be accompanied by an adult to each event.

The timing of the evening is as follows:

6:15-6:30 p.m.- Check in + book fair + basket raffle

6:35-7:05 p.m. - Session 1

7:10-7:40 p.m. - Session 2

7:40-8:00 - Wrapping up + book fair + basket raffle
